A pile of mentions isn’t the same thing as intelligence. Volume alone doesn’t tell a communications team whether coverage is helping or hurting, or whether a story is about to escalate.
That’s where sentiment analysis and analyst review come in — tagging coverage as positive, negative or neutral, tracking how that balance shifts over time, and flagging emerging issues before they become a crisis.
The goal is always the same: turn a flood of raw mentions into a small number of clear, well-supported recommendations that leadership can act on quickly.
